Away in the caravan next week. Help!

I'm looking forward to getting away from it all with dh and the littlies next week but I'm so worried about how hard it will be not to stick to the plan.
One of dh and I little luxurys when we're away in the 'van is usually a nice bottle of red and foody treats when the kids have gone to bed. I'm going to miss it :(
Also there's going to be lots of eating out involved and I'll have to sit and watch with my bar and black coffee.
My LLC gave me the maintenance booklet last night at my wi as I'm so anxious about breaking the plan spectacularly and not getting back on it. So my thinking is damage limitation if I do break it lol.
Has anyone else 'lapsed' on hols and if so what happened?

Yes people have lapsed on hols or allowed themselves the odd little
night off or treat - and usually it's gone pear shaped (and so have they! lol)
Others have gone on hols and remained abstinent and continued to lose. They have come back feeling fab and in control.
BL went home to the States on holiday over Thanksgiving and stayed on the packs and lost weight - great achievement.
It's not easy, but it is possible.
Try and stay abstinent if you can - people find it so hard to get back on track once they even come off the programme a little bit.
You and your OH will have to find other ways of keeping amused after your littlies have gone to sleep!

its definately doable, i went to salou last year to a half board hotel and remained 100% abstinent. it was for one week and when i came back i had lost 6lb!!! because of the heat i had been drinking a lot more water, but that was definately the first and only time i had went away and lost weight lol xx
