.....does that then count as in cooked fruit & I would have to syn it???

Am thinking along the lines of adding some cubes of pineapple to a lentil curry sauce at dinner making it dhansak like.

Gosh - 28g of pineapple wouldn't give me much would it!!

I wonder if it would be ok if I chop it up small & just bung it in in the hope the sauce will over shadow it being cold???
