I drink a pint before each meal. Been eating low fat things, grilled chicken and veg, jacket potato and beans, slimming world curries, low fat chilli con carne etc x
Everything is low fat as per slimming world rules. No idea on calories at all. A typical day would be..
Breakfast... 28g fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch...pasta or rice salad
Dinner... Grilled chicken, couple of boiled potatoes, veg.
Snacks will be Activia yoghurts, fruit or carrot/cucumber sticks
At least you didn't put on tho? It could be your body is used to the meals you're having, you should try a week of brand new meals + lots more veg. Have you been exercising?? Sometimes we can lose inches but not weight when we work out.
are you getting enough fibre.... (are you blocked up at all??)
exercise... are you getting any of that??
if you are exercising. are your muscles hurting? as they will hold more water when they are repairing themselves...
when you say you drink a pint with every meal. do you drink anymore than that.. as that means you are only drinking roughly 1500mls so you need to drink at least another half-1 litre...
are you having sugar in drinks at all???
your food sounds fine, so maybe you are not getting enough...

re totm, i put more on in the middle of my cycle.. the actual week of it doesnt affect me.. but the inbetween does, so maybe that could be it.?
