syn value on walls soft scoop light icecream

Is this the best low fat icecream? its the only one i can find and i love soft scoop lol

Can anyone tell me the syns?

Carte D'or light vanilla is also 7 syns on every plan for 100g (its delish and doesn't last long here!)

one scoop is approx 45gr, i have a small to medium cornet and count it as 3 syns

You could always try substituting fat free vanilla yoghurt for a totally free alternative (Muller lite or Dr Oeutker are free, I think Yeo Valley might have sins but minimal) - I tend to have yoghurt instead of icecream these days. You can even make a sort of ice cream with it if you freeze it - not sure if you have to do any more than just sticking it in the freezer - there's bound to be some hints and tips on the site somewhere
