Any other 5ft 9"ers?

I'm 5'9 and have set my goal for 11 st. When I get there I'll decide if thats enough. I have 13lb to go to that target.
 
I am between 5 8 and 5 9...im currently at 11 stone but my target is 10 and a half, my bmi is spot on right now i think but i just want to like myself so need to lose a bit more!
 
I am a shorty at just 5 feet 8 inches. I tend to weigh in Kgs, but I know that when I lost my weight before I found it very hard to get into the healthy zone (although I did do a lot of running at that time too, which meant I had a lot of muscle). When I did get below 25 bmi, when I look back at the photos I looked really drawn and skinny.

I think around 75kgs is right for me, although that technically makes me in the overweight category.
 
Hey! I'm 5ft 9 and 11 stone 1 currently! My target is 10 stone, so I've got 15lbs to go!
 
So what dress size is everyone aiming for at these weights? just so i know for info!!! :D

Is 11 stone a size 10??

Interesting question!

Well at 11 stone ish I'm size 12 just! Still have big hips though, so could be a 14 still on bottoms in some shops! I'd love to know what my weight would need to be to be a size 10!!!!
 
only in my dreams LOL :)
 
I am aiming for a 12 at 11 st. I'll be more than happy with a 12, I'm currently a 14.
 
this is a great thread - but i guess everyone is different bodyshapes, even if they are the same height....

I cant imagine ever getting to 11 stone anything at this point in time, but hey ho, we will see!!! xxx
