It's been a while........

Well its been a while since I visited the forums but I thought I would pop back and share a recent photo with you.

I started on Lipotrim back in Feb of this year with a huge goal ahead of me. I needed to lose at least 4 stone. Without a doubt my journey would have been a lot harder had I not found this forum and the wonderful words of support and generosity of spirit found here.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who gave me a virtual hug when I needed it most and also a virtual kick up the bum when I found myself on a self pity spiral!! You all helped beyond measure and it is a truely wonderful thing when like minded strangers can come together and support each other on what is a very personal and often very private journey where sometimes our own family and friends are unable to empathise.

I got married on Saturday and for the first time in my life I won't be dreading looking at the photo's!!

So for all you guys who are on your journey's or about to start. Please stick with it, you will succeed and you can do this. I could start a bookshop with the amount of books on every possible diet and I never stuck to any of them. So if I can lose 4 1/2 stone doing this then anyone can believe me!!

Whoooooaa you look AMAZING. And congratulations on the wedding too. like you did I have 4 stone (and a bit) to lose I am nearly half way. These photos have really spurred me on, so I thank you. atm i don't think i look any different, but what a difference that 4 stone makes. bravo xx

Thanks everyone!! The real test is when we come back from our all inclusive honeymoon!! Ha, I'm gonna get my moneys worth whilst away and then will have to be sensible when we get back.

I still want to lose a stone or so more, so it will be an interesting time when we get back as I will not have that goal of my wedding in mind when losing the weight. I shall keep you updated no doubt!!
