I have just seen this on the television and it says it is full of antioxidents, and is pure cranberry juice, no added water.

Has anyone tried it yet and know how many syns are in it please.

This is the only one I could find, not sure if it's the same one or has similar syn value.

i couldn't find it on the syns list either so i typed it into the calculator using the nutritional info found on the Pom Wonderful website...it works out to 7 syns for 236ml (half a 16oz bottle)..hope that helps

POM pomegranate juice.

It is actually called POM, it has only just hit the shelves so it won't be in the books yet.
