Hi there, and welcome to the Xenical family. As a general rule of thumb, food you eat should have no more than 5g of TOTAL fat per 100g of food product, and that you should have no more than 15g of fat at each meal. One thing I would recommend is keeping a food diary, either here, or even a notebook that you keep with you. Write down everything you eat and the fat content, that way you can keep a record of your fat intake for the day.

ive done both together, and i have not had any troubles.. i mainly had the premade shakes... if you did do that, avoid the meal bars (not tried them, but they are higher, so i didnt give them ago) and the snack bars, as they will give you side effects, .. tried those.. and had a small little bit of oil.. the only time i did
