:wave_cry:Hi I am in need of losing weight before Christmas as just booked a skiing holiday and signed up to do a 15 mile walk for Help For Heroes on 3 December!!! I did SW years ago and put it back on albeit slowly. I then did ww and got to goal a year ago but have put nearly all of it back on. I was going to follow the SW principals and try not to go to a class as struggle with getting out in the evening and work full time.
