Good god, well maybe not lycra pants the world is not ready for my backside in them..just yet

But my old leggings and t shirt are out, im going to keep fit class in 1 hours time!!! first one in 3 years.

oh yes i fell of the wagon but im driving it now, and i wil burn off them chips and choclate i sucked at( bad gob at time)

shall report back if im still breathing after my session.

wish me luck girls im gonna need it, hope there is a spot at the back of class cause my names on it

i survived only just!!

not to bad, i did go steady and when the others in class were jumping around like loons i sorta went at my own pace.

but still i did it, i felt the burnnnn and i pow pow powed my way through it lol

off to work doggies noe, its never ending
