Hey guys,
im living in a hotel for the next few weeks. I have found that while eating out its so hard to get things syn free.

The only facility i have in the hotel is a kettle. I do not have anything else which i can cook with.

Does anyone have ideas of low syn/syn free meals i can get while staying here...

i do realise i can get salad bags from tesco but its hard to keep as i dont even have a mini bar!!

All help would be grateful. I want to loose weight this time!

I am looking for ideas i can whip together in the room, i can go to Dunnes stores and Tesco easily!

Thanks

Had trouble finding your post to reply! A few ideas came to mind as I lived in B & B's for quite a while when working away from home. I had access to a microwave which was a great help.

I'd suggest you buy a large wide-necked flask and you could fill it with soup or other hot food (SW friendly!) bought earlier. Also hard boiled eggs, crisp breads, Laughing Cow cheese all keep very well without a fridge.

Hope this is of some help.

Thanks Champ, and stacey porter.

I have brought a flask with me this wk. and Bought a load of super noodles by bachelors. Im hoping they will work well in the flask. Im sure it will be ok.

Ive also bought Bran Flakes cereal. so i can buy a pint of skimmed milk every evening and fill up on those also.

I ve also come across "Less than 10 Cals Jelly pots".. in Dunnes Stores. They were quite expensive at 1 euro each, but thought for convenience for this week they were worth a go, and at low syns i just couldnt resist.

Fingers crossed i loose something this wk!:)

Thanks for suggestions xx
