Can you use wholemeal flour to make yorkshire puddings or does it have to be white?

Well thats what i've settled for lol... i did fancy making the toad in the hole thats on here but only had the wholemeal flour that you can use as a heb... Maybe another day!

I buy Tesco or Asda cheap value ones and they are only 2 syns each and yummy!!! About 49p for a packet of 12
