Which am i better goin for??

Hey everyone...

Im out for lunch on sat with a friend and i usually choose between two dishes, can you tell me which i wud be better goin for and roughly how many points they wud be?im useless lol

Chilli beef with peppers onion mushrooms courgettes etc through it served with salad (.i.e.) lettuce, red onion, tomato, peppers, coleslaw, egg & pineapple

Or

Open prawn sandwich (on wheaten bread) with salad (.i.e.) lettuce, red onion, tomato, peppers, coleslaw, egg & pineapple

Any help of advice wud be much appreciated xxx

i would probs go for ..

Open prawn sandwich (on wheaten bread) with salad (.i.e.) lettuce, red onion, tomato, peppers, coleslaw, egg & pineapple


but i wouldnt have a clue about the point value, it just looks like it would have less points in if that makes sense
