Hi everyone, hope everyone is well.
I've just been to see my Consultant and she has measured me as I've been on CD for a month and I've lost 4 inches from my waist! Even she was shocked. My total weight loss in 13lbs, I know I could have lost more but this plan fits in with my hectic work life as a Midwife. Plus she has been on holiday so my routine has been changed but back to it now and looking forward to buying a special dress for Christmas.
