is there any museli within the rules?

dont want anything too fancy, just a basic one with sultanas would be nice to keep in for a change

i dont eat it so i cant answer that... but maybe have a look on tesco online or asda (as bunny i know you have one of those near by) and then look at the nurritioonal value of them

nope ive not found one yet ... BUT theres tescos sultana bran thats very very good. and theres asda vitality muesli style ceareal its 55 percent fruit rest oats.. but still within fat rules xx

yeah

• ASDA 55 per cent fruit muesli
• (500g)

its just over pound twenty.. and its at 2.4g of fat per a 100g if you have with skimmed milk your fine its tasty but watch out how often you eat it as its high in sugar xx
