Lunch - home made (hm) carrot & lentil soup, 2 x wholemeal bread (6 syns) BGTY coronation tuna (1 syn)

Dinner - HM beef goulash, boiled rice, carrots

Snacks - apple, banana, orange, 2 plums

Total syns for the day = 7

Dinner - chickpea curry, boiled rice, mixed salad


Snacks - Walkers crisps (9 syns) :doh:, apple, 2 plums, 3 ryvita (4.5 syns) banana


Total syns for the day = 14.5

Total syns for the day = 7.5

looking ok, your short of a HEA on tuesday though.

Personally i would want something more substancial for lunch that used a lot less syns/HEBs
I would make homemade soup and take in a flask ( or heat up with microwave if you have acces to one)
There are lots of free or lower synned 'add water to' things that would be more filling than slimmer soup.

Thanks for the reply, I knew I was short of a HEXA the other day but was really full so couldn't fit it in lol

I grabbed a slim-a-soup as I'd run out of home made soup, but planning on a bit of a cook-a-thon this weekend so that i've always got some to hand :D

I know I need to up my intake of fruit & veggies too, so will make sure that happens this week too

Oops was so tired fell asleep early so missed my HEXB and my syns!!
