Just wondering about making a pavlova with splenda? Has anyone tried this or made meringue (sp?) nests? I thought it would be nice with berries and fresh cream.
Funny how I'm thinking of deserts more so whilst on Atkins?
Yes, reading the bit at the bottom of the recipe - apparently it might be something to do with using splenda rather than sugar. Ho hum, if they taste good who cares?!
