Help with girls night in

I made some tuna, sweetcorn and potato fritters the other week with yoghurt and mint dip - GORGEOUS!!

Par boil some white poatoes then grate them into a bowl. Add some tuna and a tin of sweetcorn and 1 egg (add extra herbs and stuff it you like). Pat into 'pattie' like shapes then either pop on a frying pan about 4 mins each side or put onto a tray into the oven until crispy - really scrummy hot or cold.

The yoghurt and mint dip is easy - fatfree natural yoghurt, mint and a squeze of lemon.

Or you could have a yummy salsa - cucumber, tomato and red onion all chopped up.

Home made meatballs.

It all depends what day you're having really as to what the syn values would be...

You could make pitta pizza and have it as a HEA + a HEB.
I also make baked chickpeas (pre soaked - then baked on a tray with seasonings) and have them in a bowl like peanuts, only they're free.
Wrap some smoked salmon round some light philadelphia (2 syns per 28g).
SW chips or wedges with a syn free dip.
carrot/ celery/ cucumber crudites.
Home made cous cous (cooked in stock with whatever seasonings, meat, veg you want in it),
pasta salad.
Bacon wraps (wrap a slice of bacon round a square of cheese and hold in place with a tooth pick, and bake until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted).
sandwiches (with 4 slices wholemeal between you cut into squares thats 4 bits each) filled with anything free that you like.

I have to shoot I've got a house inspection now.. I'll come back later with some more:)

couscous cake ( make your decision as to whether your counting it as free!!)
SW crisps - potato and parsnip ( again there is debate on the freeness of them) - but better than bag of crisps!!

SW squidgy chocolate cake with cherries and squirty cream like black foresdt gateau ( 3 syns each for 1/2 a cake :) )

i peeled potatos and sliced them with the potato peeler as if i was jus peeling more skin off the potato

i covered a plate with frylite on the bottom and spread the slices of potato on the plate not on top of each other. I then added another few sprays of fry lite and put the plate in the microwave for bout5 mins ( adjust time accordingly to each microwave.

when they were done i added salt and some chilli powder to them and shook them inside a sandwhich bag

they were sooo nice and im pretty sure they are syn free :)

I made a pretty nice garlic dip - garlic powder, little bit of salt, mixed herbs and FF natural yogurt.

Other ideas!

Syn free chicken pate.
Bowl of savoury rice.
Lamb kofta with dip.
Vegetable sticks.
Mini chicken or veg kebabs.

I'm sure there are lots of ideas! Have fun :)
