Syn value please - is it right??

I have been and bought two packs of Pasta & Sauce Lite, made by Continental. Now I have tried calculating the syns on Body Optimise but I am not so sure of how to work it out. I will be using the milk as a HEXA, to keep the syns down.

Here are the figures:
Dry per serving 22g: 86kcal; Protein 3.2; Fat 1.2; Carbs 15g

Now this is where I get confused, the packet size is 85g and on the back it says 22g makes 100g side dish with each packet containing 4 serves.
I would have this as a meal so could somebody please advise me how many syns would be in the 85g packet.
Hope this makes sense

The syn calculator says

4½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
4½ Syns per package/portion on Green
4½ Syns per package/portion on Original

Thats for 22g so it would be 4 times that for the packet

I made it 1 syn for the whole packet on Green & Extra Easy, but 17 on Red.

That sounds about right, on the basis that the Batchelors Pasta & Sauces are between Free and 1 syn.

So long as you're doing Green or Extra Easy, go for it - eat the lot!
