I'm starting CD again but...

I am starting the Cambridge Diet tomorrow and could really use all the support I can get. I have lost over 2 stone on CD last year and by Xmas I looked slim and lovely and then the fell back into my old ways of having takeaways daily! :sigh: I have gained back all the weight but don't want to give up. I am starting again tomorrow and looking to loose at least 2.5 stone or 3 stones by 15th December. I am not sure what I currently weigth but will know by tomorrow, but i am guessing 88kg (instead of my old weight of 65kg). If there is anyone starting tomorrow or just anyone looking for a buddy please let me know, I could really use a buddy to help me stick to CD this time for good.
