Hello,
I made a healthy chicken chow mein on Saturday night (0nly 6 points and yum yum yum) and there is a portion left.
How long do you think it will last for in the fridge, i was going to eat it Wednesday lunchtime or do you think that is risking it? There is chicken, veg and noodles in it. Or do you think I could stick it in the freezer?
