Sunday 10/10/10

Breakfast: porridge (HEb) with a spoonful of fat free yogurt, a chopped up banana, sweetener and cinnamon.

Snack: Apple, banana

Lunch: Baked beans with chopped onion and half fat cheese (HEa)

Snack: Fat free yogurt

Dinner: Super Low Fat noodles with a pack of SteamFresh veggies, garden peas and garlic

Snack: Milky Way: 7 syns

Monday

Dinner: 3 scrambled eggs, baked beans, toast (3 syns)

looking good, although i'd be hungry.
 
think i'd still be hungry on your meals too...... I often have a proper lunch AND dinner, and breakfast and snacks and pudding too.....lol
 
I ate almost a full tin of refried beans and for dinner I did eat a full tin of baked beans! I'm definitely eating! ;)
 
yesterday i ate.......... readybrek with 1/2 HEA milk and honey, bananna, alpen bar, SW spag carbonara with Quorn ham and cheese (BIG bowlful), mullerlight, 1/2 piece of SW flapjack, roasted mediterean veg pie with saute potatoes, sweetcorn, carrots and cabbage, rice puding and jam, hot chocolate,
 
Do you make your own rice pudding? Is it high in syns? And that veg pie sounds soooo good!
