Hes just come home from the gym and borrowed a 10lb weight to show me in physical terms how much I have lost!!!!!!!!!!

OMG I cant believe how heavy it is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defo spurred me on I can tell you!

My bf did the same in the gym! It's amazing when you can feel the weight you have lost!!! Really motivating. Its hard to imagine how I carried all that extra weight around with me now.
Keep it up you are doing great!

I keep picking up my gorgeous, plumptious little cat Fudge.....she weighs 15lbs but feels really heavy x
