for the last 4-5 days I have been suffering bad head aches and wondered if this is anything to do with the Dukan diet, does anyone else have problems with them?

Sorry that you have headaches. I had a migraine the other week, don't know why but it was horrible. Maybe your sweetner levels are a bit high? Hope they go soon.

I'm glad somebody asked that as i had terrible headaches yesterday and thought it may be due to going into ketosis. I'm showing traces of going into ketosis on my sticks today anyway and don't feel hungry so i'm dead chuffed.

It may be a mixture of ketosis and the fact that my body has gone into shock through not having any alcohol for a week LOL! When I sat back and thought about it I realised that I have been having at least one glass of wine most nights (if not every night) for the last 12-18 months, quite frightening when you realise. So, without saying I am an alkie it honestly could be a bit of withdrawal symptons on that part

You are very right as there is a nasty preservative in wine ... 220. Sets of allergies and exzcema/asthma.

kay the weather is a big factor too its very close this week Ive had a headache for two days ...having a flu jab in an hour then going to dose myself up and have a duvet day lol

Panic over.........Headache gone completely, it was really bad yesterday and had to live on pain killers but I got through it and it is all good now, the taste in my mouth is absolutely disgusting so I am assuming I have entered ketosis for the first time.....don't know why it took so long but hey ho! I probably had so much alcohol in my body it could live off that for a fortnight LMAO!
When you enter ketosis do you lose weight quicker? Please say yes LOL

I think you lose weight quicker, yes (or at least burn fat quicker).

Glad the headache has gone, can't have been nice.
