hi there every1 was thinking about trying slimfast the thing is i havent seen nething on here about recipes we can have or made i know about 400cals so isthat nething? i can look online for recipes that are 400cal? my bf wants to try it to but how would it work as he has to have a higher cal meal than me? hope im making some sence
