Getting married april 11' ... 64 pounds to lose

Hi i'm gettin married april 2nd 2011 and i have a fair bit of weight to lose by then , i'm currently 14st 13lbs and want to get down to 9st 6lbs

I don't have long to do it in so i know my goal is pretty unachievable but i'm gonna try my damned hardest and would love support from you guys and i will also give support in return x

Which diet are you going to follow? Or are you just counting calories?

Do you know when you'd like to go and buy your dress?
