Hi ladies and lads,
I recently had a baby (he's 3 months old) and am due to be a bridesmaid in January so have started the slimming world nursing mums diet, mostly doing easy extra days as they seem the healthiest and best nutrition for baby milk making. Also have a husband who works away 3 weeks of the month so doing the diet at home not attached to a club or anything. Had chinese last night as too exhausted to cook and had had one of those days. I had veg chow mein and spare ribs in salt and chilli (they are dry not sauce) anyone have a guess at syn value, I was going for 10 syns.
