Bad breath!!

I hate those melt on the tongue breath strips so what else can i have for my stinky breath?!?! are sugar free polo's or sugar free chewing gum ok?

Hiya, i was told no chewing gum at all however i haven't heard about pollo's but im just presuming ur not allowed them sorry !!! double check with ur chemist though i cud be wrong!!!!

I've been using Boots smile breath spray i think it's £1.79 and doesn't seem to have knocked me out of ketosis or anything yet either and works really well too.

It was in amongst the toothbrushes and mouthwash etc rather than chewing gum bit etc.

Sounds grim but i've taken to brushing my tongue too which seems to have helped this problem quite a bit.

I think that Clair meant to say that Polos aren't allowed......lots of us chew sugar-free gum though, it's not like you swallow the stuff!

Are we allowed sugar free gum really? Ive a job where Im constantly talking, (Manager) and its affecting my confidence...Does anyone else chew sugar free gum?
