i need to get a grip!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

Hi all... i rejoined ww over a month ago after 9 unsuccessful months on slimming world... but i just cant get motivated and i now weight half pound more than i did starting :cry::cry::cry:

I have pcos and trying to concieve and finding losing weight extremly difficult.. i really want to do it this time and really need to get a grip.. anyone have any advice on how i can stay motivated this time and lose about 3 stone once and for all???? i want to feel good about myself again and fit comfortably into nice clothes (hopefully by xmas)and not have a bulging belly/arms....

please help to keep me on track :(
 
Aw Mrs B - you can do this. You have written on here so people can let you know you are not alone, and that is important. Have you spoken to your counsellor about why your weight is not dropping off? I don't know much about PCOS but I know some people on here have the condition and are successful with weightloss, so I know it can be done. Hopefully they will be able to answer and give you some advice.

You have lost weight before, how did you do that, and what have you done differently before the weight started to come back on?

I know I am not being a lot of help, but I wanted to let you know you are not alone and I know you can get through this blip. xxx
 
You can do it!!! Just think about how you will feel at xmas when you look in the mirror and get to buy something nice for xmas day! thats all the motivation you need...maybe have a pic of you as you are just now and a pic of where you want to be somewhere you look everyday? i've got a pic of me from a few months ago beside a pic of me at my school prom about 7 years ago in the bathroom so i see it every morning when i get up and when i go to bed. x
 
Hi Hun I have pcod and I tried 8 years fir my eldest daughter now 15, I have 3 girls I had alot if infertility treatment for my eldest, my middle one is 10 she was natural 18 months trying snd my youngest 5 took 10 days lol so your never know ;)

Honestly I know how hard it I'd to loose weight with this but each time I fell pregnant I lost 2 stone.
It is hard for some suffers to loose weight but it's true the symptoms improve as we do, I used to have terrible pain no totm and all the other symptoms especially weight gain.

I hope you get your lil bundle and do the plan good luck xxx
 
I agree with Laura hun keeping a picture of where you want to get to and print it out loads of times, keep one on cupboards and fridge and even in purse, so you can keep a constant reminder of where you can and will get too :)

Also hun i dont know if this will help or make it worse, but i always find if i remind myself of what i'm losing the weight for it helps to keep me going, with me it's my dad and different memories so i keep a pic of him with me, with you it's because of wanting to have a baby so maybe buy a baby book? even book of baby names something like that and it will keep you going knowing what's at the end of you reaching your goal and keeping you motivated, you can and will do it, it all does take time but in the end the results will be more than worth it :) good luck xx
