I was at college today and put a sachet of sweetners in my tea, only realised on my way home that were only allowed the tablet form whats gonna happen to meee? lol do u think this is gonna knock me out of ketosis ?

Hi there, shouldn't think it will affect you just one sachet. I make sure I carry the tablets around with me, slip a box in your bag.
