I know what you are saying and feel the same way, but since when has this, or any other government dealt fairly with people? There are hundreds of people who bleed the nation of money they are not entitled to apart from the loop holes, and etc's that many are constantly getting away with and committing out and out fraud! In essence what she actually says is true - it's up to her how she spends the money as long as her children are not in want - it's this rotten system that the gov sets up that are mainly at fault for allowing her to be in a position to get away with it!
