Anyone with a bit of patience?

I've been doing Extra Easy and have so far lost 14lbs. I fancy giving the red or green days a go to see if they speed up the weight loss a bit, but don't really 'get' them/. I was new to SW when I started EE. My class is huge and the woman never really has time and basically told me EE would be best and I've never queried it. Has anyone got a minute to give me a brief idiots guide to Red and Green days please?

first of all you get up to 2 hexa and 2 hexb instead of one of each on EE

Free food on a red day is all lean meat and fish
then you hexb include pasta, potatoes, rice pulses and the normal cereal bread etc

Free food on a green day is pasta, potatos, pulses, rice
then your hexb are your lean meats and fish

in your book it will give you the weights for your hexb's
hope this helps

hi natasha i was doing ee for a few weeks but decided to follow mix2max this week which means i can have either a green OR red lunch and either a green OR red dinner and 2 h/e a and 2 h/e b but did find if ur cooking for a family ee is suitable for everyone without having to mess around cooking different meals good luck to u :)

They're trying to get more people into EE now as its more of a long term healthy eating plan for a long term thing x

Just wanted to say that rice is not a HEXB on a red day as there is not enough fibre in it to be classed as a HEX.

Also additional HEXB's on a Green day are cheese, and nuts/houmous etc.
