Any Londoners out there?

I've been doing sw for a few months now, but I do not find the lunch time pop in group I go to useful. Because it's a pop in group, there's very little interaction, nothing like what they advertise on the magazine. Hence I'm thinking of switching group as I don't think it's wise paying a fiver each week just to get weighed.
