And I have lost 3lbs

I have decided to go to the class for at least a few more weeks before going it alone. I am going to see if I have enough spare for a 6 week countdown next week.

well done snozzberry that was a good loss, it's a good idea to buy a 6 week countdown course if you don't feel you can go it alone yet good luck to you
