could anyone tell me how many syns cookies and cream ice cream is please x

This only works for treats but if you have the calories for 100g or 100ml (grams is easier!), divide it by 20 cos 1 syn = 20 cals and you'll have the syns. Beware though, Hagan Daaz will probably be amazingly high.

jus found it in my book afte all and its 13 syns for 100g, so thats not too bad as a treat!! and i did weigh it out and i haent had a ny other syns today so, alls good it was yummy!!!

Ah that's not too bad then and if you've had nothing else today it makes a nice treat. Personally I couldn't stop at 100g and would have to have the tub crow barred out of my hands lol!
