Terrified Noob!

Hi guys and dolls, I'm new to the boards, but not new to Weight Watchers, or dieting for that matter.
It has come to my attention recently that I need to get my ever increasing backside back to Weight Watchers! I was desperately searching for an outfit for a night out last week and was devastated that a size 16 was too tight! I'm not gonna lie and say it was a total surprise- I knew I'd been gaining weight, that's why I kept running back to WW for a few weeks before losing my motivation.
I just know that if I don't do something soon, I'm only going to get bigger and have more of a battle to lose weight.
I've got my Xmas night out with work in about 10 weeks and ideally I'd like to lose a stone for this. I'm hoping to start the plan this week. Haven't decided if I'm joining a class-I work shifts and I've literally joined and left nearly every group in my area!
I'm terrified at the thoughts of trying to lose weight again, so it's been nice to find this site. i know I'm going to learn a lot and hopefully make some friends along the way.
Thanks for having me! x

Welcome to the site.
I consider myself quite new aswell but I love it here already, it has all the inspiration and support I could need as I do not attend a meeting I do WW from home myself.

A stone for Christmas is achieveable definately I think it works out to about 1.5lb loss a week. I am sure you will get there no problem.

Good luck x

hi miss m and :welcome: to the forums and back to WW! Well done on making the decision to change things - remember you are doing this for you and for you only!

Everyone on here is fantastic, very friendly and there is loads of support and advice available.

1 stone by Christmas is certainly achievable and is what I am aiming for as well! I am sure that you will reach goal in no time

Wishing you the very best of luck on your weight loss journey

hi welcome and good luck with ur journey i am aiming for 1 stone too! x

Hello, I am new too - not to dieting or to Weight Watchers but I was appalled to get on the scales this morning and discover I have put on 17 lbs in the last 7 weeks

I am also hoping to lose 14 lbs (at least) before Christmas (which I believe is just under 12 weeks). I know I can do it - I've done it before and I will do it again.

I am exactly the same about the Christmas night out! I know if I lose a stone then I should fit my dress as I have reached the point where I refuse to buy bigger clothes. Good luck!
