Holiday challenge!! need to lose 34lbs by new year on EE this is my diary

ok so here I go again!! I love the slimming world diet I have done it before but my last consultant did not inspire me so going it alone until i find a new class. so please feel free if you see where I am going wrong to pull me up on it, I do not have a sweet tooth thank god so usually save my syns for a drink at the weekend:) I will write my food down all day then load it up on here at the end of each day,:) I have been tinkering with the diet since wednesday and trying to get my head around it so here goes ............ x
 
SUNDAY 3rd October

Breakfast

porridge
milk (from HE )
Muller light cheesecake yogurt (1syn)

LUNCH
Home made lentil soup (Free)

Dinner

Roast Beef
carrots
swede
french beans
roast potatoes
Gravy (made from veg water and bisto original powder ) 2 syns ( I think )

losts of mint tea and water

Hi Mrs B. Well done for starting your diary. Yesterday's food looks great. :D

Its a shame that your Consultant was uninspiring, it makes such a difference to have a C who you feel genuinely cares about your weightloss and supports you. The first class I went to I didn't think much of the C so eventually just stopped going. But this time I joined a new class and its a completely different experience. Hopefully you can find a new class that does inspire you :D Although I know lots of people who 'go it alone' and are just as successful as those who go to class.

Hi Emily thanks for your reply, I have found a new class its on this Thursday! I tried going it alone but not got the willpower plus I like to meet people who are in the same boat and talk about diet ( I am sure they are fed up with me at wok lol ) good luck to you Emily let me know how you get on x

looking back I dont seem to have had enough fruit and veg but it was one of those days !! I will try harder tomorrow
