Hey bonjour, i'm hoping to start the lp diet at the end of next week, when my uni time table comes out, so i can plan gym sessions etc, so i've got a few q's, hopefully someone/people can help me, thanks in advance
1)Water only or can you add dilute juice? e.g. robinsons/vimto
2)What minimum age would you recommend?(i'm 18, nearly 19)
