Does anyone know...

if there is a cup a soup that is free or low syns?! I have mugshots....but i dont like to have them aswell as a meal because even though they are free it still feels a bit naughty. Recently i have only been having them to warm up as i dont drink tea or coffee? So just a soup without the noodles/pasta would be good!Any ideas will be gratefully received! x

I don't think any of them are free. The only free hot savoury drink would be Bovril which is yummy. Why don't you drink tea or coffee? I drink Red bush tea, or decaff tea/coffee.

Thanks for the bovril idea...i might try that one! Im just not keen on tea or coffee...dont really know why!!
