Not having AAMW?

Hi All,

I have noticed a few people mentioning not having any food at all for months on this plan and was just wondering if you can continue with SS continuously for say 3 months before having any extras? Did you see your Dr etc? I have 6 stone to lose (ish)

Day 2, halfway in and not gone mad yet!

If you want to skip AAM, then you must give a signed letter from your GP to your CDC, I'm afraid.
