cooperative honey roast ham

Hi all hope someone can help me with the syn val of this I thought it was free but now not so sure the one I bought and have eaten I might add is Cooperative British thin Sliced Honey Roast Ham !!! I have had it with salad , in a snadwich I even mad Syn free quiche with it as a base!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me please
