i got the my fitness coach, get in shape...ive not tried it yet, will have a go in the morning.i watched a few vids online and it looked out...
i think everything exercise wise is going to have an impact on my knee,but if im careful im sure i'll be ok if i go steady. the only way im going to loose weight through exercsie is by trying hard and getting a bit of a sweat on lol so if i have to suffer a little bit,its all worth it in the end.
im getting the biggest looser next week,ive been told thats really good.
i also saw today,pilates and yoga, which could be great for helping to tone and a jillian wii fitness game.
