and i lost.........................4.5lbs im so happy i never thought i would lose that, ok was my star week last week but hopefully aiming for 2.5 next week xx

Well done Festivalfairy, i have my first weigh-in tomorrow and i am so nervous, altho i have been 100% food optimising this week so fingers crossed il have a good loss like you!!
