Attack Sugar Free Jelly

Hi

Started the diet yesterday with hubby and just trawling through sites etc, and was wondering if you are allowed to have sugar free jelly???

Got a sweet craving so have asked hubby to make up a bowl to have after tea later, will this be okay?

:D

You can have 3 portions ie 3/4 of that bowl.

Hello racqy rooster (dunno why I thought it said RACEY rooster!! hihi!)...

welcome to the board... another sugar free jelly fan... just yesterday I was fantasising about sitting in a bath filled with it and some people here thought me "strange"....

pfft!

Oh thanks for reminding me to make my jelly, I got pots for Emmas lunch things, grapes.strawbs etc and they are actually jelly moulds so I can make my jelly now and hide it in the moulds from the kids

How are you getting on RR? I have never made so much jelly as i have in the last few days as soon as i make it kids nick it lol.

Hiya

Well it is day 3 and I am feeling really positive about it all.

I had the jelly last night with a yoghurt and it was lovely.

This morning I made the oatbran porridge and that has filled me up, now ready for my lunch.

I am finding attack easy as I am not a big veggie eater. although I shall be gladd to have some mushrooms and lettuce next week

I love the s/f jelly and can't believe I can make 3 pots of it and enjoy 2 per day, I tried it with the frozen yoghurt yesterday but think I prefer my yoghurts from the fridge rather than the freezer, they seem to crystalise a bit when frozen

I adore it too... I've now cut down slightly on the amount of water it recommends, as I found it often a little runny after carrying it to work, but now it's truly perfect and makes a nice change from yoghurt.
