Little Miss Wii Fit!
Since I have cut back on things and cut things out of my diet then certain foods and too much of something is starting to make me feel ill.

The very thought of some food is making me feel sick, nothing seems to taste nice any more and I've come to the conclusion that the stuff tastes so awful that its not worth putting weight on for so I'm not going to eat it. If that makes sense.

Tomorrow I am going to have to go onto a very light diet - lighter than what I'm currently on. Honestly I feel like I can't face more than fruit for a few days.

Does anyone else ever feel like this or am I am odd-bod?! :p
