Extra Easy Days Syn amount question

Does everyone use all there syns in a week?
I have read that some people only use half of there syns.
This is confusing because I tend to use nearly all mine can anyone advise if I should be doing less

I do use all of mine every week. Then if my losses slow down I can reduce the amount of syns I use to kickstart losses again if i need to. Everyone has their own way that works for them, so if using all your syns is working for you then keep going.

I use my syns.....if I have a night out I'll cut back before and after but no lower than 5 per day ( but then again won't just eat for sake of it - well try not to lol )
Everyone does it differently but its important to still include your fav foods therefore not dieting
