I hated the photo I posted on here that was taken yesterday. I felt I looked as big as in July and put it down to the fact I was wearing clothes that are about 2 sizes too big now, so when we got home today Paul took another photo of me and this is it............I have posted it in the going down thread as well but did not want any of my off topic friends to miss it cos I am as chuffed as little mint balls with myself...................

you could tell in the other photo you had lost weight, but i see what you mean you can def see in this photo more with the different clothes on.

wow well done you, you must feel so pleased with yourself!

do you feel different? i def have more energy than before. keep up the good work its inspiring to see people doing so well :D

So very different Emma. So energised. after years of suffering from GERD and taking medication each day, I now never suffer from reflux and no longer take any medication.

My energy levels are at the highest they have been for years. I am so much more active...........so thank you SW and the support from here.

I now take more care with my appearance, my makeup and clothes are once again important cos I fit into them lol !!! Seriously I feel good.
 
Hmm - I would have thought that vanity is perhaps one of the main driving forces in wanting to lose weight - but perhaps that's just me....:eek:

You know Margy, that really is turning the telescope round and seeing things from a different perspective.
