Thanks everyone for the welcome. I have had good and bad days. It's hard to get back into things again. I have been here before and could kick myself for giving up when I was doing so well. Why do we do these things?. A well, no looking back just forward from today.

Thats the spirit, the way I look at is that staying the same weight or even losing 1lb a week is better than piling on weight as I was before! GOOD LUCK!!! XXX
