Hi, Im lisa busy working mum to 3 little monsters (apart from when they are sleep lol):D ages 6, 5 and 1.

I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey.....and have been on xenical and slim fast for just over a week....My weigh in isnt until thursday as it took me nearly a week to gain the courage to step on the scales....

Im currently weighing in at 192lb's my ultimate goal is to get to my pre-children weight of 137lbs...am a long way off at the moment....

Im finding the diet good at the moment.. I find it easier for me as i know that i cant really go too wrong if i stick to my shakes and microwave meals..... The shakes are also ideal for the way to work...

with regards to xenical all good too so far...i havent had any bad toilet incidents so not to sure if they are actually working....

right just made a ticker....also worked out i have 54lbs to lose....if i do that by a healthy 2lbs a week i should reach my goal by the end march.....ideal as we usually go on holiday around may.....:D

hello and welcome

if you have any questions, i did slim fast and xenical for several months. (almost a year pretty much)
so if i can help please dont hesitate to ask! :)

thanks everyone.....been to the gym again today, but think im getting more unfit the more i go :( or maybe its just that my body is aching.... we have a gym at work so taking advantage.... i work 4 days a week so the idea is to go 4 times and do ha1f an hour in my 1unch break....I have been doing 20 mins on off running (cant do a who1e 20min run, can do 10mins just then a sma11 wa1k and back to running) , 5 minutes rowing or cross trainer and 5 minutes sit-ups/crunches weights....

cant wait ti11 i get weighed thursday....wi11 be so upset if i havent 1ost.

omg, cant believe it.... I have been to the gym everyday for haf an hour, been on slimfast and didnt lose an ounce in the first week....:(

muscle. thats all im going to say.
i lost inches when i starting going to the gym, but not weight..
so take some measurements! and you will be supprised!

I feel so down though as i was expecting a big loss given all the exercise i put in.....

i know how it feels. and if your muscles are sore, then they are holding extra fluid to repair them selves... give it a while and it will settle down..

muscle does way more than fat,so when people are exercising in gyms etc they do measure themselves frequently to see the inch losses rather than weight losses.

i think thats why people do more cardio than weights when they first start out.

well done though for all the exercise youve been doing!! :D
