Hi I did Cambridge about 3 years ago and lost 10 stones in 10 months. I was hit by a drunk driver and came off it for a bit and just never got back into it - I found the drinks made me sick second time around. I put all the weight back on, every bit of it.
I am now doing SW and it is much better for me both physically and mentally, I honestly couldnt go back to not eating - though once I got into the third week of CD first time around I never bothered about food really.
I think SW is better because you are learning what to eat and how much to eat where on CD you are disassociating yourself from food more or less altogether. You arent really learning .. thats how I felt anyway.
I wouldnt knock CD though really it did work. It was my fault I put the weight back on.
